Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and hk444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, products, games, and features accessible through the hk444 website and any associated domains. These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of hk444, including players based in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using hk444 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using hk444 and close your account. hk444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on hk444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through hk444's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other means.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and during any subsequent KYC process requested by hk444.
• You must not use hk444 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or circumvention of applicable financial regulations.

hk444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met. Any balance held in an account closed for an eligibility breach may be forfeited in full.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

hk444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through approved payment channels listed on the platform. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on hk444:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. hk444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are solely the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. hk444 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.
• Deposits that have been wagered as required are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to their specific wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• hk444 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform, varying by payment method. Verified accounts typically receive BDT withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within one to three business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time operating hours.
• All payment transactions on hk444 must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the hk444 account holder. Third-party deposits — payments from an account held in a name other than the registered hk444 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

hk444 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms. In such cases the relevant account may be suspended and the matter referred for investigation.

Section 5

Gameplay and Fair Play

hk444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent gaming environment for all players. All games available on hk444 use certified RNG technology provided by licensed third-party game studios, ensuring outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any party. The following fair play terms apply to all players:

• Players must use hk444 solely for personal entertainment. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI tool to interact with games or the platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — coordinating bets, sharing card information in live games, or conspiring to gain an unfair advantage — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• If a game or bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical or human error by hk444 or its game providers, hk444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and re-settle them correctly. Players will be notified of any such correction.
• hk444 accepts no responsibility for gameplay interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device failures, or third-party network outages. If a live session is disconnected mid-game, the game provider's disconnection policy governs the outcome.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hk444 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hk444 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities, where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Operating more than one hk444 account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or another person's identity, with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Using the hk444 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using hk444 transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to hk444 at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting customer support.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in hk444 or any game for financial gain. Winnings derived from known or suspected bug exploitation must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at hk444 staff, live casino dealers, or other players. hk444 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive conduct on its platform.

hk444 employs monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, hk444 may, in addition to account closure and balance forfeiture, share relevant information with financial institutions, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hk444 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the hk444 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses. hk444's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hk444 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. While hk444 takes all reasonable steps to maintain availability and accuracy, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond hk444's control. hk444 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any unplanned outage.
